Jumping the battery, we will assume Arnold and Gary can figure that out between them.
The lack of gas is a bit tougher, since they probably don't carry a siphon, but there is a 24-hr convenience store in Robbins.

Once Arnold learns that the car is out of gas he whispers to Gary "Get in the truck and drive to Robbins. Come back quickly with gasoline. Go quickly" he emphasizes the quickly part, "but be careful of the authorities. If I find out you were pulled over for speeding I'll be most displeased."
Gary gets in the truck and drives off. Arnold waits patiently on the side of the road for him to return.

Arnold instructs Gary to go about fueling up the car and jump starting the vehicle. All the while the Nosferatu waits while Gary runs around, the Nosferatu cloaked by the shadows.
They get the car up and running. Gary gets in the drivers seat. Arnold finally drops his cloak of night, getting into his SUV and driving off back toward Sacramento proper. Gary following him close behind.
He's still waiting on Ishani's text message.
