Degnar remained quiet as he listened to his Queen and other Winter Courtiers exchange words. He paid close attention to the questions that were asked, and the answers that were given. However, the Darkling had no question of his own, so he did not see the need to speak at that moment. After all, he was a man of few words...

Katrin nodded once at the Dancer's question. "He is extremely handsome, and quite hard to miss, yes?" she said in response to L'aire, her flawless eyes fixating on the other Fairest for a moment. "It is unlikely you will ever see him baring his true form, unless he reveals it to you. However, you do not ever want to find yourselves in a position in which that is the case, no?" The Queen paused after saying those words, her eyes meeting those of each Courtier respectively. "Unfortunately, it is likely that he may appear under different guises, so the best way to identify him is by his striking appearance," said the Fairest to the rest of the Lost in her shop. "He's got a rather...regal presence about him, so he tends to stick out from those around him, yes?"
There were a few who fit that bill. Warren Locke was a Regal kinda of guy, not bad looking either. Then there was Lou … a very gorgeous Draconic who was striking. Yeah, that totally narrows it down….
There was a stunned look on L’aire’s face, wondering if it actually was either of those two. There had to be something else to the guy. Maybe he was smarmy, or jerkish.
Oh wait now… the Dancer had seen both Warren and Lou in their true forms, at least that’s what she thought. A wash of relief came over her face as quickly as the other look had appeared. Whew.
“Thank you Your Highness, that is very helpful. I should hope myself and others are never in that position.” Ohh helllllllllll no.
Unfortunately, the Fairest knew guys like that generally flocked to women like herself, Katrin, Anya and etc. Unless he was that guy, who preyed on people with confidence issues or something of that nature. L’aire concurred that no one would be safe in his presence.

Smudge remained quiet as the conversation turned back to the guy they were meant to avoid, noting the description Katrin gave with some interest.
Vincent committed what there was of the description, straight to memory. In the Wizened's mind, considering he tried to be as unobtrusive as possible, everyone else seemed more striking to him. But he could imagine what Queen Katrin meant by regal.
She was striking and regal, to one such as him. He rather imagined a male version of the Winter Queen.
Only evil.

"Well, that is all that I needed to discuss with you all, yes?" said Katrin to the gathering of Silent Arrow, standing from her seat as she finished saying those words. "Remember the warnings, and to report to me if any of you find suitable locations for cottages. Also, if there is anything that you deem to be a dangerous threat to our security, do not hesitate in coming to me with it, no?" She paused for a moment, looking into the eyes of each Lost respectively. "That is all for tonight. Please make sure that you are careful when you travel back to your homes this evening, yes?" said the Winter Queen, as she gestured towards the door, indicating that the meeting had been adjourned and it was time for them to leave the shop.
