RiffRaff we were waiting on you. But hell it’s been four days...
Samdei watched as some of the others managed to handle the stench of the thing on the floor. He had already figured out what it was, though the ‘who’ was starting to bother him.
He had hoped that the man with the Touch of Death on him would have been a little more resilient, but that was the way things went.

Idun digs around in her purse for a pen so she can probe the dead body. Glances around and asks, "Does anyone mind if I take some time to examine the body for clues?" She also hopes someone might aid in her efforts as she closes her purse but keeps the pen in hand as she waits for a reply from the group as a whole.
Anarchy wrinkles her nose at the smell, but it's a corpse. Nothing to be afraid of, all the Life was gone from it, forever. At Idun's question she looks to Samedi, it was pretty much his place to say yes or no, even if she didn't have anything against it. "So what happened? Did the body just appear, or did something hit 'em?" Anarchy looks around, wondering if there's any cameras that might have seen it. "And is there anyone in the building still Sleeping?" If there were, they were going to rig up some kind of coverup, it'll be a cold day in hell before she condoned calling in Guardians to the one Council Stronghold for help in covering a veil breach.success on both rolls
Impulse looks at Idun and nods. "I think that that's a great idea. It was obviously human at one point..." He looks at the pen in her hand and shrugs, using his foot to roll the body over. He stops and gives it a little awkward bow, not sure of the respectful way to proceed.
"Did you notice there's no blood? You think it's been dead for a LONG time?" He asks Idun before squatting next to the carcass again.

Idun nods thoughtfully, although she had planned to examine the part exposed before turning the body over. "It's rather odd, there should be some evidence of it."
Her first study of the body didn't seem to reveal anything so she moves to kneel, getting a closer look, all the while puzzling out what she sees.
Hachiman ventures into the room, still feeling a bit ill to his stomach but no worse for wear. Noting that the body might have left a specter nearby, he tries to peer through the Twilight to look around for a possible ghost of the dead creature, so as to get some answers regarding the cause of death. That is assuming this man who led everyone in here had none to give himself.
This situation has at least peaked my curiosity. It's good no one seems to be questioning my being here yet.

As the body is shifted another wave of nausea inducing decay fills the room. But it was much easier to see now. There were no hands on the twisted form, nor feet. The muscle were sculpted and defined but certain parts were missing.
Aside from the from the David-esque quality of the form, it would be easier to look at if his crotch had been left intact. Likewise his face still carried some level of beauty regardless of the dark holes where his eyes would have been.

Hachiman
Impulse covers his mouth and nose with his sleeve, using it as a makeshift filter as he gathers himself again. "Damn..." He looks to Idun after she regains herself as well. "I agree. Especially since there is so MUCH missing." The Thai libertine focuses on the body, trying to see if anything stands out in it's supernal reality.
He looks at Idun, Samdei, and Toby and asks aloud, "Look like some kinda ritual murder?" He began to mentally catalogue all the old stories of what blood could be used for. It gave him a headache.
Impulse then notices Hachiman by the door and nods at him, inviting the moros to join them. Hadn't seen him around before. It's like all of a sudden he realized he was in a group with other strangers. He returns his attention to Idun and smiles. "Name's Impulse, by the way." He looks her over and one side of his mouth raises higher than the other. "Wish we coulda' met in better circumstances!"
Having been hit with another wave of nausea, Hachiman barely manages to keep his stomach from lurching again at the smell. Luckily, he was not one to let something like this get the better of him, and so he pressed on into the building. After looking around, he could see no spectral phenomenon in the vicinity. That may not necessarily mean there wasn't a ghost nearby, but he could always summon one if it were. It may be possible to get answers from the body itself instead. For now, he focused his attention back onto the body in the room. A man that was inspecting the dead man's body had nodded toward his direction. It looked as though he couldn't remain anonymous anymore, and so decided to walk up to the corpse and man to introduce himself and get a better look.
He walks up to Idun and kneels down next to the cadaver. "Good afternoon," Hachiman said with an obvious Asian accent. "It seems we have an unfortunate case here," gesturing to the stiff body. "I hope do you don't mind if I take a look myself, do you?" Hachiman, not really waiting for an answer, turned to the body and shaped his Imago to picture in his mind's eye the time and cause of death of the poor man.
