It is a delight to report that you were successful in your application for the role of manager of the Cedar Fields Funeral Parlour.

I am writing to formally offer you the position.

Emma opens the letter. Upon reading it she lets out an excited chirp. She then gives a momentary cringe at the amount of titles Martha has to wrestle with. Emma pens a quick note to Martha asking for a meeting. Before she accepts she wants to be sure of what she is accepting.
