Even though she wasn't interested in politics one bit, Aileen knew that she was probably better off having voted for the elected Priscus than not, and so was somewhat reassured. That part of the meeting was over, and she had nothing she wanted disclosed at large, so she merely shook her head when asked if there was anything else.

The question raised by Regent Brady seemed strange, but she hadn't failed to uphold that law, so the petite brunette felt safe, and looked around her, puzzled, to see what might be other's reactions.

"I see. So teachings prior to the inception of the law, of course, are not violations."

After a moment, Erika cocked her head slightly and trained her green eyes on the new Priscus.

"And when was the inception of this law in the City, Priscus?"

Martha looked to Erika. This line of questioning seemed to be very dangerous indeed and portended a trap for someone. His first test of command. Would he pass? Who, if anyone, was Erika about to accuse?

She watched first Erika, then Neil, with wide eyes.

Although Chris is not one to watch things with wide eyes, his eyebrows are arched up a millimeter or two. This is about to become very interesting, so it seems.

It was one thing that really came to mind, at the Regent’s questioning, and yet the fact that there was finally some form of information actually being passed around made the bard practically ecstatic, though she highly doubted that the new Priscus knew the answer.

After all, that would technically be something that fell under ‘completely-classified public information’.

Thinking fast and keen to help Neil out of what could be his first embarrassment. It wouldn't do for him to falter now, Martha uses her note pad. Quickly writing in block letters the date (3 June 2011).

With a dainty fingertip gesture to carefully hold up the notepad, she shows it to Neil for his information before laying the notepad face down back upon the table. Looking as nonchalant as is possible under such situations.
