The newest shift in tides as meetings went was not as surprising as one would think. Chris’ acceptance on the other hand...as much as Catherine like those of her own clan she had been distanced.

When the Reeve and your Priscus (even if he is stepping down) calls you out in front of the entire family and pretty much says that you’re not worth anything, you disappear. Sure Reeve Greyson may retain the family’s respect for one reason or another, but due honor for the title was all he would receive from her.

Chris or Neil, on the other hand, she wasn’t sure how they would handle themselves with the honor of being Priscus, nor did she know Brother Raluca. And she knew she was more than she herself seemed; it was only logical to believe that of the others.

Erika considered Kingsley and Raluca for a few moments. She did not surprise easily -- but she was surprised neither had bothered to answer her questions.

Martha raises her hand to signal her vote, "Brother Raluca." she smiles happily...all the candidates were strong and sound, but she still held hope for Teo's chance at the role.

In a moment of silence between two votes, Aileen rose her hand quickly, and whispered Dr Kingsley at a barely audible level, retreating immediatly afterwards in the depth of her chair.

Daniella had sat quietly, watching and listening to her cousins. Once the three candidates spoke, she realized it would not be an easy decision. Each one spoke well and seemed eager and willing to fulfill the position.

Her decision would be to follow her former Priscus, who she not only trusted but had faith in his decisions. Thus far, he had not led the family astray, but had helped to build them into the strong and powerful group sitting around her.

Raising her hand, “Dr Kingsley.” She says with a nod of her head.

Chris looks around the table, smiling, just because he likes the idea of a group of vampires in an Invictus Domain voting.

No matter what the outcome is - yes Neil is winning - this is a good evening for all of us.

Catherine raised an eyebrow. She assumed the question the Priscus on the Way Out asked was rhetorical, and yet she wished to answer it anyway, however imprudent that would be. She closed her eyes as the votes slipped around the table as they were wont to do.

“Hierophant Wooding.” The touch of an Irish accent flavouring her just-above-a-whisper. Even if she wasn’t welcome.
