As the remaining three contestants arrived, Mr. Bates turned to them and offered each a nod respectively. "Now that we are all here, let's begin," he said to the group at large. The Wizened proceeded to pull out the pieces of paper from the cloth bag, writing something down in his notebook after each drawing.

Once he was done, he turned his attention to the Lost gathered around him. "Alright, here's the first round of matches. King Spartan versus Swilla, followed by Lou versus Miss Jasons. After that it will be Jezebel versus Harvey, followed by Rook versus Clare Green. Next it will be Warren Locke versus Serreth, and last but not lest it will be the match between Anya Wyrmblood versus Duncan," said the Chatalaine, listing each match in order.

Mr. Bates proceeded to close his book and take a few steps away from the circle. "Now, good luck to everyone, and let the matches begin," he called out, offering a polite bow to the contestants.

Anya Wyrmblood vs Harvey

Both the Iron Adjutant and the Sun Banisher stepped into the circle, ready to engage one another. Harvey's quick reflexes allowed him to get the drop on Anya, getting his arms around her with ease. A small smirk formed on the corner of the Shadowsoul's lips as he did. However, the Draconic didn't waste any time, as she quickly turned things around, getting a hold of Harvey's arm and putting it into an elbow lock. The Sun Banisher struggled against the Summer dragon's grasp, appearing as he was about to break out of the hold on a couple of different occasions. However, Mr. Bates stepped into the ring and called the contest of strength to an end.

Warren Locke vs Lou

The next ones to step into the circle were Lou and Warren Locke. After locking eyes for a moment, the Warlock lunged himself forward, getting his massive arms around the large dragon. However, this move seemed to backfire quickly, as Lou managed to turn the hold around, immobilizing Locke in the process. At first he seemed to have a tight grip on the pin, but eventually the Ogre's strength proved to be too much. Locked not only managed to break Lou's grasp, but he turned it around on him. Although, the match was far from over, as the Draconic constantly struggled with all he had against the Witchtooth's grasp. There was much pushing, pulling and shoving, but in the end the Warlock managed to keep his hold around the massive dragon...proving to be the victor of the match.

Big Swilla vs Rook

The next match was one that many members of the Freehold were excited about watching. On one side of the circle stood the Red Victor, otherwise known as Rook to those in the 'hold. On the other end stood the massive Coldscales known as Big Swilla, and for good reason...they guy was slightly over seven feet tall after all. As Mr. Bates announced that the match had begun, Rook moved with a quick pace. He was much quicker than one would expect out of a metal chess piece, and perhaps this surprised Swilla to an extent as well. The Red Victor managed to get a hold of the big lizard man, wrapping his arms around him. However, the scaly bastard was not gonna go down without a real fight! He turned Rook's grip on him, using his enormous strength to put the Red Victor into a hold. This hold didn't last very long though, as the Metalflesh broke out of it with ease, still engaged in a grapple with the Big Bad Croc. This seemed to upset the big guy a bit, as he tried to wrap his massive arms around the metallic Red Victor once more. At first he seemed to miss altogether, but on one swift movement he managed to get a tight hold on him. Swilla flashed the Red Victor a quick razor-sharp grin that probably said something along the lines of I got you now motherfucker!

Rook fought against Swilla's grasp, trying hard to set himself free. His first attempt didn't even manage to get the big guy moving a bit. However, his next try definitely gave the Coldscales a run for his money, as the Metalflesh pushed hard against Swilla's massive, scaly arms. Even then, large Beast managed to keep a grip on the Elemental. As the match appeared to be nearing the end, the Red Victor gave it one last try, pushing with all his strength to the point he almost got the Coldscales to release him. Yet, his opponent managed to hold on somehow, eventually being declared the winner by no other than Mr. Bates.

With three competitors left, Mr. Bates announced that each competitor would be matching up against one another to figure out who came out in first, second and third place. The one with the most wins would take it all of course. As the others cheered on, he moved out of the circle to allow for the first match to begin.

Anya Wyrmblood vs. Warren Locke

The Iron Adjutant walked up to the circle once again, a proud stance as she took her spot. On the other end, the fairly recent arrival, Warren Locke, was to be the challenger. As the match began, the Draconic moved swiftly towards her target, with a deadly grace in her movements. She managed to get one of her talons around one of Locke's arms, a smirk touching her lips as she did. However, the Ogre took that as an opportunity to strike back, twisting the Fairest's arm in such a way that he gained control of the grapple instead.

However, the purple-scaled beauty was not going to give up so easily, after all, she was of Summer. As the Witchtooth held on to the pin, Anya fought viciously against him to set herself free. Time and time again, Locke managed to keep a tight grasp around the wrist he had managed to grab, not budging at her efforts. With one last effort, the Iron Adjutant almost managed to break free, but the warlock managed to summon enough strength to keep her in check and was declared winner of the match between them.

Big Swilla vs. Warren Locke

As Anya was defeated and exited the circle, Big Swilla jumped in next, a certain excitement evident in his reptilian eyes. The Ogre on the other end rolled his neck once, readying himself for the match. Without wasting much time, the big Coldscales moved quicker than usual, taking a couple of steps forward and wrapping one massive arm around the warlock. Yet, the Witchtooth made a quick move to, trying to immobilize his opponent, which only lasted a few seconds, for Swilla managed to break out of his hold and reverse the move on Locke.

Would the warlock be able to escape the lizard's inescapable grasp? Well, his first try was certainly a good one, at least causing the Winter Beast to readjust his hold on the Ogre. The second try was absolutely futile, not causing Swilla to budge even a bit. However, the warlock managed to break out of the Beast's grasp on his third try. For some reason, this brought a quick grin to Swilla's lips, showing off rows of razor-sharp teeth.

Big Swilla saw the opportunity and took it, using his massive tail to knock his opponent off his feet. All the while, he managed to hold on to Locke, and then proceeded to immobilize the Ogre in what looked like a masterfully executed maneuver. The Witchtooth once again tried to break the Coldscale's hold, for he had done it already once. However, the task proved to be much more difficult while lying on one's back, and eventually Swilla was declared the winner.

Anya Wyrmblood vs Big Swilla

Once he had defeated Locke, Swilla seemed to be pleased with himself. The Ogre had certainly given him a good fight, and he expected no less of the stunning Draconic who had just stepped into the circle. Yet again, the Coldscales flashed a razor-sharp grin to his opponent, cracking his neck a couple of times before they got started.

Anya wasted no time, lunging forward at the other reptilian Lost in the ring. With much ease, she managed to get a hold of him, but the question was whether she could keep a hold of him after that. Swilla just pulled her closer to him, wrapping both of his massive arms around her in what appeared to be a "hug of death."

The Iron Adjutant struggled to break free, with her first few tries not being very successful. Just as the match was about to be declared over by Mr. Bates, the Draconic managed to summon some of that Summer strength and broke free of the lizardman's grasp! Not only that, but she tried to turn the tide against her opponent as well.

Unfortunately for her, her attempt missed altogether, which prompted Swilla to take advantage of her leaving herself open for a counter-attack. The large Coldscales pulled Anya down to the ground in a similar fashion as he had done before with Locke. Once the Draconic was laying on her stomach, he pulled both of her arms behind her back and held them there.

Anya fought back, trying to free herself from Swilla's grasp, but time and time again, she was met with his fierce strength. Eventually, Mr. Bates stepped into the right and called the match, declaring the huge lizard man the winner. And while big and scary, Swilla didn't necessarily lack manners...so he offered a massive hand to the Draconic, helping her get back on her feet.
