Last we left off, Gareth and Seth had just encountered a security vehicle, which recently pulled away. It may have been something routine but that is currently unknown.
Meanwhile, Walter and Rudy had gathered sufficient information about the lab’s paperwork and a few other things about owner(s). It’s still early enough in the evening, but late enough that there isn’t much sound from the surrounding area.
Currently Gareth is outside the building with Walter and Rudy on their way over in a 'cab' or stolen car.
Recap of the location description: In South Sacramento, there was a lot of abandoned buildings. It wasn't certain why this was, but it wasn't necessarily a fruitful part of the city. Still, there was enough to be maintained, and places to dwell.
There was Titan Laboratories, Inc. Some of the blinds were rumpled on the insides of the windows as the streetlights cast a sheen on the glass. It was quiet outside, the building wasn't near many other buildings. Those too were run down, but still used as well. But at this time of night, no lights were on that they could see from the outside.
Emily was paying the electric bill, but her address was also to the company
Titan is an out of commission pesticide company
The internet was not working but other utilities were on
The sewer access was close by and two manholes were accessible by streets.
Nothing was sold out of the building
The pesticides or insecticides were flammable
The phone lines were on
Mitchell Doyle was buried and cremated.
Gareth waits until the security car is out of sight. So much for being closed down he thinks to himself. He creeps out from his hiding space, Seth was gone.
Gareth glances around to check the coast is clear and to try and see Seth before going back to casing the building. The lock on the ront door was currently beyond him but hopefully nothing a quick bit of google-fu (or Rudi which might be quicker) couldn't solve. With luck he might find another possible way inside. At the very least he would get the locations of all the external security features.

Not sure if you think it's better to role-play Seth's disappearance or just retcon. Feel free to edit my post as necessary.
Gareth could see that there were cameras around the door way, but the little red dot wasn't lit up. The lock was electronic at some point, still hard to say if it was currently. Csharp
The cab ride over from Rudy's had been quick and quiet, just the way Walt liked it. The driver had stopped about a block away just to be safe and as he walked closer to the lab, the Haunt kept was checking out the area while eye out for Seth and Gareth.
Hope they didn't get impatient and decide to just storm the gates. Quietly in and out and with luck nobody knows we were here.

Walter "Whisper" Marsh rolls 5 to Perception (10 Again)
Once he was sure where the outside security features were, Gareth decided to have a look around for other points of entry. All it takes is for one person to leave a window half-open and you're good to go. He did another circuit of the building, trying to avoid cameras, fences and the like now looking for any potential way inside that wasn't potentially alarmed.
Lurking and skulking, like one does these days, Anabella couldn't help but swear she'd seen that beast before as she coiled reflexively at the sight of him. It seemed something were afoot in that building, and it seemed it was noteworthy only to other neonates. If they tell me to leave, I imagine I'd have the time to do so before anyone lost their head. These were the first thoughts with which her mind assessed the situation, and she gave in to a tad of curiosity as she padded her way gently over, avoiding the attention of any kine as she stuck to the shadows, but flashing a pale hand in greeting once she thought she might catch Gareth's eye so as to not appear to be sneaking up on him. A pale face and lovely ashy eyes wait for him to take a look around the place out of the way of any likely path for ordinary traffic.

Anabella Prieto rolls 7 to Moving in the dark. (dex+stealth+specialty) (10 Again)
Walter didn’t see anything else out of place for the time being around the building. The security lock on the door was digital, but as Gareth deduced, the cameras weren’t in place. Nor was there was there any other lights on around in the door area.

and @Tyladhras will need to roll Wits+Comp with 3suxx to notice Anabella
