Reverb's entrance earned the music loving obrimos a friendly smile and wave from Four, but then Miach's lesson was starting. The giant gives a relieved sigh when Miach expressed using the other medstars for one-on-one instruction; however Vae's distaste had started, it would be safer to keep her and Alfar fairly separated.

[Miach]

Miach tried to be receptive to his public's mood, and didn't hesitate to stop through any ongoing explanation to ask if everything was alright. He had no idea what Vaeltia, Chambitas or Reverb actually knew, and he was really eager to convey his knowledge.

Next, once you've assessed the safety of the zone, you can proceed onward. Really, the basics are exactly that: you only need to ask yourself three questions, in order.

Is the person awake ? If not, is she breathing ? If not, does she have a pulse ? Everything else will flow from those three answers. If you're not alone, have someone call 911. If you're alone, check the vitcim, and call them.

He then moved toward the >blood system posters< he had brought to emphasize his next point.

Of course, the urgency will not be the same depending on the situation... here's >what you should do<.

The doctor then proceeded onward, trying to give example along the course to get his points across. Whenever stopped, he tried to explain again using the many tools he had brought for the course, or leaving the field to any other doctor who cared to try.

Toby offers a smile as Reverb enters, surprised and glad he had come to the class. Looking to Miach again, she listens, he was doing well so far. It was hard to teach basic first aid, and she was ready to jump in should he need it.

It was a learning experience right, that meant that questions were allowed.

She raised her hand, “So Question. If we had a handle on Life, why would we have to wait for an EMT or whatever when we can just rub our hands together, say some ‘hibbidy hibbidy’ and then heal them?”

Four glanced to Miach, and then decided to take on that question, having come up against the answer several times himself. "Maybe you've run out of Mana, well, not so much in your case, but unless your a Thyrsus, it will always be draining on your mana to perform a healing spell. Plus, you might be in a public place in which case: do you want to perform miracles in front of sleepers?"

[Idun]

Idun listens at both Miach and Four speak. She didn't find a seat and is standing back, leaning slightly on what's behind her. Her right foot off the ground and crossed at the ankle over her left foot. Her hands resting so that they help her balance.

Miach didn't really have anything to add to Four's answer, so he didn't. Yup, what he said. Also, the knowledge I'm teaching tonight, you can relay it to any Sleeper friend of yours, too. Can't hurt either. Does it answer your question, Vae ?

Though if you want to learn some Life, we can talk about it later, of course. it was half a question, half a statement. Could it be an opportunity for him to have a more positive exchange with the young woman ? Either way, he had a lot more to say, and so smiled encouragingly before moving on with the course.

OK, worst case scenario: no breath, no pulse. You check immediatly for blood loss. If there's any that's bad enough, you need to stop it at once, probably with some kind of tourniquet, and then proceed asap with CPR: Cardio-Pulmonary Ressucitation.
