Clare nods, then quickly goes about grabbing Enzo's bow and arrows, Dirty Harry's Shotgun, and searching for any other weapons she didn't see the use of while berating herself for not thinking, Stupid, stupid. Should have started this once they were down. At least Anya and Justin are okay.
Rook moved up behind Swilla. The fire blazing across his metal fortifications died down as he knelt and lifted Anya's scorched body into his arms. She seemed to weigh nothing.
She should have weighed something, because it felt like her falling had torn out part of him along with it.
The Board was a weak, fractured thought in his mind. Through the sluggest thoughts of a seige weapon, a man who couldn't bear to lose another person, not again, not again, was trying to say something reassuring. Something meaningful. Something that would bond the Court together and rally them.
"Don't leave me," the Constable said, his voice ringing in hollow metal tones next to Anya's ear. "I love you."
It was all that came to mind.

There are two things that Spartan does not have time for right now. They are Love and Bleeding. "The kid is good for now, but we have to get them out of here. Rook tend to Anya, Clare load the weapons into my bag, don't forget my Javelins. Then tend to Justin. Swilla, help me load the bodies into there hovel." Spartan says and makes his way over to Enzo first.
Spartan looks down at the dead body of his former Friend. Out of its sheath comes Spartan's Gladius. With pure rage in his eyes Spartan explodes one mighty blow and cleaves Enzo's head from its body.

Swilla gives Spartan a nod and then reaches down to grab the Gristlegrinder first, dragging him along the floor towards the entrance to the privateers' former Hollow. Once he manages to get the Ogre inside, the Coldscales comes back out and grabs the Beast next, proceeding to do the same thing.

Clare nods, then goes about pulling the Javelins out of Enzo and Dirty Harry. Thankfully Spartan hadn't missed with any of his throws; she wouldn't need to go hunting for Javelins in the hedge. She brought all the weapons over to Spartan's bag and started loading them in. Once that's done, she grabs Enzo's head and places it on top of the weapons.
"Right, easy stuff done..."The ogress heads over to Justin and looks him over - if the first aid kit was left on the ground, she snags that too. Okay, right. Bandages? How the hell am I going to patch him up more? She'd just have to try. Clumsily, she gets out the remaining bandages and tries to apply them to Justin's wounds.
Rook stood, holding the Draconic against his body. He was aware of Spartan's instruction on some level, but it didn't need to be said anyway. He was already holding her. If there was one thing he could do, it was carry a person without effort.
He watched her face in silence, waiting for the others to finish their jobs. Even the promise he'd made to return the shotgun didn't seem important at the moment, though he would not fail to do so- he was a man of duty, and he kept his word. Always. He would have dragged himself on broken legs to do so.
It was just that even that didn't seem so important with her struggling to live in his arms.
He'd never thought he could be so vulnerable.
With the bodies stowed, Spartan takes one last look around there hovel for anything of worth. Once that is done he takes an oil lamp off the wall and throws it down on the bodies, as the fire begins to burn Spartan turns and walks out of the hovel. "Alright lets get out of here. Rook, find us a way out. Clare I will take Justin, you grab the bag, When we are out, call the Seasons, Mister Bates can send someone to get us. Swilla take point, Rook will guide you."
Spartan lifts the manakin up and carries him out, following behind the Chess Man.

Clare quickly slings the bag over her shoulder, relieved that she didn't have to try to wrestle Justin's taller body through the hedge. This was better, much better.

Swilla nods at Spartan's instructions. He walks over towards Rook and says, "try to find us a different gate. I don't think the psych hospital is much of an option at this point." With those words, the large crocodile Beast takes point, awaiting for the Constable's directions.
Let's do some Teamwork rolls to get you all out of the Hedge! The roll is Intelligence+Investigation+Wyrd-3 (for being off a path). Rook will be leading, so everyone still conscious roll before him. Suxx will be added to his total pool. Its an extended action, 1 hour/roll but this is cut in half due to Rook's "Hedge Gate Sense." Your target to find a gate is 5 successes

Clare falls into Line, but doesn't look around much. Navigating was never one of her strong suits. She could do wandering aimlessly, but now wasn't the time for that.
