Allison arrived early at Outback Steakhouse, reserving a table for two. As she waited for Mr Elliot, she ordered a Sex on the Beach. Tonight would be repayment for the help Michael gave yesterday. It would be paid with dinner and a few tantalizing proposals.

She pulled a leather-bound folder from the small brief case that sat beside her. Setting it on the table next to her drink, she opened it and reviewed it.

Allison had done much of the legwork in getting a charity event going. She had contacted numerous venues to find a ideal, yet cost efficient location. There were a few promising locations that she still had decide between. Allison had also been in contact with a commercial insurance company to secure coverage for the event. There were options for entertainment, as well as other comforts such as catering. Suffice to say, Allison had been busy, and this was nothing new to her.

The second proposal was less constructed, still an idea in its infancy. Allison had simply dubbed it the “Race of Hearts.” It would be a closed circuit drag race on Valentines Day. The buy in would be fairly decent, with a percentage of the proceeds going to the top three racers, while a part would go to charity, and a part back to future races.

Allison spied Michael enter and she closed the folder and placed it next to her on the booth seat.

Michael scanned the establishment for a few moments, before he spotted Allison. “Mrs. Black.” He said with a smile on his face as he drew near.

“Allison…” She replied, rising to meet him with a hand shake.

Michael slid into the booth across from where she had been sitting. “How are you tonight?” He asked, trying to break the ice a bit.

“Good…” She laughed. “Did not get anything done today, but the night is still young…” She smirked because of the hidden innuendo. “Thank you for yesterday…and as promised….dinner is on me.”

“It is fine, I have the tab…” Michael thought it appropriate, but Allison was not having any of it.

“Nonsense,” She shook her head. “Not taking a no for an answer.” She grabbed the leather-bound folder and slid out from her side of the booth to Michael’s side. “Another gift…” She said, placing the folder before him

Michael opened it and scanned it. “Interesting…” He started to read a bit more in depth, noting the legwork she had done and the concepts the folder contained.

“No not interesting….This is amazing, Allison…”
