Brad continued to look around the alleyway, his dark eyes skimming back and forth. He shook his head a little bit at the talking dog comment.
"I think someone stuck a radio in it, or something. It was pretty sick. No wonder it was in so much pain," he said simply. That sick fucker needs to be put down, torturing a dog like that.

Richard pulled up to the bar car-park in his silver Ford, turning his lights and engin off, he sits in the car for a moment watching the gathing crowd outside the front door of the dilapidated bar. "what the fuck is this..." he asked himself with a disbelieving scowl. "..my lead never said anything about this.. maybe word got out about this place.."
damn typical, first place he checks out in the new city and there is a linch mob at front the door. Richard debates a moment weither to start the engin and just drive off, but his curiosity gets the better of him.
He reaches under the car seat and takes out the pistol, tucking it into his coat pocket. "better take it, just incase..." Richard steps out of the car and shuts the door softly, the electronic locks beeps twice and snap shut. Richard puts his keys into his pocket and walks to the front of his car and leans on the bonnet. he takes a moment and watches the group of pepole taking out a ciggarettee and lighting it with a spark of a zippo.

Frye and Max hear something moving in the dumpster. Allouete sees a bloodied knife half kicked under the dumpster.
Brad could see someone on the fire escape landing sitting in the window peering down as if whoever it was watched them. Billyjoe catches something moving by a broken window on an upper floor.
But everything got quiet and still as soon as the car pulled up with its lights beaming into the alley long enough to hush anything.
BillyJoe nudges Archie, nodding up to the broken window. His Beast writhes uncomfortably, realizing they could very well be playing into an ambush. In a low voice, he speaks.
"We better find some place else and fast. I've got a bad feeling about this."
Max assumes combat stance, and feels ready to face whatever is coming.
Richard puts the cigarette to his lips and inhales, slowly he exhales thin tendrils of white smoke and runs his fingers through his hair dusting off his suit then begins to straiten his tie. He glances at the ally-way across the car park from him and for a moment thinks he see's movement in the shadows.

Richard Stares for a moment longer but seeing nothing just shrugs and stamps out the cigarette.
Eerie silence was something Archie preferred to be on the other side of but his comfort with dumpsters made him realize he liked the bar's alley more than the bar itself. He'd spent a few times hanging in places just like this waiting for his deadbeat father to come stumbling out so he could lead him home... but that was a long time ago.
He has to let enough street light in to peak inside the dumpster, he hopes its just rats inside... but if bullets start flying the damn thing wouldn't make the worst cover... mobile even if someone was brave enough to push it....
Kate peered around, and it felt as though the little hairs on the back of her neck were standing on end. Her fingers flexed at her side, making her feel that little bit jumpier. It was a sensation that she disliked; Hell, it was surely a sensation that any sane person would dislike. Her eyes narrowed.
"Do you ever get that horrible 'I'm watching you' feeling?" she asked softly. "'Cause, that feeling? I'm getting it right now." She shuddered. Still, it was making her feel more alert, for all the distaste it brought and she continually scanned for anything else in the darkness.

The silence was broken a little by movement from above. Another slight stirring noise from the dumpster. Then something fell from one of the windows landing not far from Brad. He would recognize it, but would he remember who’s hat it was.
