There's a run down ol' shack of a building across from the cemetery and a couple streets down from the Target. The place used to be a liquor store but is now abandoned. Behind it is a makeshift basketball half-court that has been fashioned with cut out milk crates and metal poles banded by zip ties and poorly drilled screws.
There Archie shoots a faded brown basketball on a lonely night...
Steven was casually doing his rounds in the places the bum's he knew usually hung out. Doing a quick check on where his food was and that nobody was getting it in their dumb heads to try and rob one of his nightly doses of vitea.
When he walked past the abandoned liquor storehis beast began lurching in rage, signifying another kindred was in the area. It didn't take to long for him to find the new guy. He was shooting a few hoops behind the liqior store. He gave a chuckle as he remembered his own day's in school, playing whatever sport they could to amuse themselves.
“Hey you mind another player?” He said as he walked towards the other guy. “My name is Steven by the way.”

Archie wipes a reddish sweat off his forehead onto his black pants. He lets the basketball alone and for a moment the night air is filled with the sound of it bouncing closer to the ground and cars on the freeway. He forgoes the opportunity to make a run for it and meets the other, and when Steven steps onto the court he feels relieved for some reason...
Handshakes never meant a great deal on the court, instead taking a different path to civility, he retrieves the basketball and brings it to Steven.
Always looking for another player. You're up snowflakes, poking a little fun at Steven's crazy dandruff to begin the smack talk.
Steven just grabbed the ball out of the other kindred's hands. Scoffing at the good natured jab from him.
“Well this snowflake is going to give your winded arse a few lessons in how you play basket ball.” He casually began bouncing the ball on the ground with his right hand.
“Now any rules I need to know of?”
A couple low laughs beat from Archie's chest but he keeps a devil's smile on. "Well street rules dictate that if you make a three point shot at the buzzer I have to blow you", obviously making another joke.
He begins to fan out his arms to take the defense but also wiggles them about in a sort of half dance to show how enthused he is to be playing.
Steven let out a short, barking laugh as he heard the man's joke.
“Lets hope for me that that doesn't happen then, your not my type.” Steven went in on the joke, before suddenly running forwards, trying to get past the other kindred and score.

Swooped out from under him on his way to the basket. Too slow flakes, too slow, c'mon now...
His turn to take it to the hoop... he tries to feign a direction and get the jump on Steven
Feign, trick, shot
Steve let out a small curse as the other vamp stole the ball away from him.
"Eh don't get to cocky. I'll leave you in the dust next time."
As the other kindred tried to feign, steven reacted quickly enough to narrowly hit the ball out of his opponent hand's.
Cuckeling as he walked after the bouncing ball.
"Still 0-0, how long do you think you can keep it up?" he said with a grin on his face as
he waited till his opponent was ready before suddenly barreling forwards. aiming to break through the defense with pure force

Archie takes a tumble to pavement when Flakes pushes his way through. He picks himself up and swipes the rocks off the side of his face... [1 Bash]
He shows a little more humility in his look this time and gives the stink eye but lets the silence thicken the air as the game heats up... [Score 0-1]
This time he banks on skill when he takes it in...

Steven didn't offer any help to the fallen kindred. It wasn't that hard a shove and he was a kindred. He probably was used to a lot more of being knocked around then something like that.
He patiently waited as he bounced the ball towards the other kindred. Getting ready for his opponents move. He didn't have to wait long as the opponent suddenly went forward. Forgetting about the trickery and just going for pure skill. It didn't help much though. Through a stroke of luck or genius, Steven wasn't sure which, he stole the ball with a few problems.
“That wasn't half bad.” He grinned underneath his scarf. “But not good enough it seems.”
He slowly advanced towards the defending player once he was ready... suddenly using a feint to try and get through.
