"Ummm, Yeah, that will work I guess." Karl says as he walks through the splintered doorway.
He dulls his heightened hearing, reducing it to human levels. Even at this level the generator is clearly heard now, its also blocking out all other sounds anyway, no need to hear that any clearer.
Walking throughout the room he picks up the hair gel on his way past. What the hell man, who uses this much gel?...
Placing it back down on the table he says to Garth "Any luck with those lights?"
Brad looked smugly at the door, which was completely his bitch now. Yeah, no wooden locked things were gonna mess with Bradley Bennett. He walked into the room, grimacing at the loud noises from the generator. Typical. Goddamn racket.
"Okay... so let's find out what's behind door number one," he said, over the noise, and moved towards the crack of light.
And hope whatever it is doesn't eat me.

When Brad opens the door, the only light that was coming from it was the reflection of the flashlight on the white wall leading to a staircase going down. The smell of the auto grease is more apparent now to Karl. As they descend the stairs, there is a light switch on the wall. A flashlight will show a poor excuse for posh ornate rug.

Giving up on the light switch, Garth follows the other two down towards the generator. In for a penny, in for a pound... I think that's the quote that applies with this situation. He thinks as he points his flash light before him as they walk down the stairs.
Getting to the bottom, the Gangrel realizes they might have just broke into somebody's Haven. Oh f^ck... He considers the idea of how pissed off the owner will be upon seeing what Brad did to the door.
Brad flicked the light switch on the wall as he passed it, just in case. He kept himself squared, his eyes flickering around. Hair gel, locked doors, stuff lying around... who the Heck lived in a Haven like this, anyway? It was a shithole.
Maybe he was just too used to Rich's idea of Vampirism as something awesome. Maybe whoever was in here was suffering.
'Course, he was probably going to have to fight them, so sympathy... might not be the best option. He stepped into the room.
"Anyone here?"
Karl follows down the stairs listening for a response, as he moves forward he checks out what he can see of his surroundings, trying to find anything that could help identify who they are looking for.

Inside, the place looked like a small basement apartment with the dim flashlights. There was a large door that looked like a cooler. Karl would see a panel on the wall that was grey with a black knob, quite possibly an electrical panel. Which was right above a table with a few parts from sort of motorcycle. At a glance it looked like it was a converted storage area.
A misstep from Garth made a nose and a weird feeling beneath his shoe....

Brad jerked at the noise from Garth's shoe and looked down, urgently. Anything in this area could be a trap.
Or, some idiot could have left balloons lying around.
But he wasn't going to let his impromptu colleagues get hurt, even if he did want to smack some sense into Garth.

Rather startled, Garth glances first at the ground at his feet and then about the hidden room. Like we really need to get the lights on... The Gangrel thinks with a scowl on his face.
