"Haha glad I'm not the only one in a shirt like this." Fu extends a stony paw to Marcus then pulls it back noticing the food and drink."Damn I missed the food?" He grins at Marcus. "It was good to see that you all didn't burn the place down while I was gone." The grin gives it away as a joke, that was something Fu expected to be at least somewhat responsible for somehow.
Crossing his arms again he stretches his shoulders. "So things over all the same as before?"
Rook took his Laphroiag and nursed it against his arm, disappointed to notice that not only were the ice cubes humorous shapes, but the whole glass was festooned with something festive. He looked into the glass and realised that there was absolutely no way to pull this off with any sort of air of dignity.
Which didn't mean he wasn't going to try.
"Hey, Marcus. It's going well. That's an... interesting shirt," Rook said, with only a momentary facial tic as his tongue twitched against the roof of his mouth. He had developed something of a knack for technical truths. It was easier than feeling his tongue seal itself totally.
Accepting the unspoken invitation, he peeled off from the bar, grabbed some food and nodded amicably to the other Summer Courtier.
"Hey Fu," the Metalflesh added, raising his hand in greeting.

She looked confused for a moment at Neil's Pikachu comment wondering where he got that from, but then she noticed who he was referring to and then laughing turned back to Nightfall.
"Looks that way," she said ceasing her laughter. "Good for him. What I remember he wasn't bad...for a summer," Alice finished jokingly.
"It looks like he got swarmed....should we go say hi or get a drink?"

Al-Adin decides to not take the scenic route tonight, after all, that might scare people, and it wasn't fall yet.
"Tally!" He calls out, as he heads over to see his new friend, glomping her with a hug. "Its good to see you again! How are you doing? Everything is going well? Are you having fun yet?"
"Thank You." Abigail simply says when a lei is place around her neck and after a brief smile she enters the Hollow Commons. As the doors open and the Hawaiian heat greet her she feels overwhelmed by how the place had changed from the last time she was there. She can't help but think 'Wow'. After a moment to straighten her cherry red summer dress up she goes to the bar and orders a Pina Colada.

Marcus shrugs at Fu's question and nods his head with a noncommittal expression on his face that says you know how it is. He holds his plate out toward his stony friend in case Fu would like to help himself to the food piled on top of it. There is plenty to share. Marcus catches sight of something over Rooks shoulder as he turns to answer his fellow metalflesh.
"Cheers... I found it at... er, at the flea market... "
The other Summer Courtiers can easily follow Marcus' line of sight. He appears a bit slack-jawed as he watches the Fairest in the red dress walk over to the bar.
"Helllloooooooo..."

Terri, obviously, accepts the flowers with a brilliant friendly smile, waving to anyone she knew and sharing hugs with those close to her, making sure to keep her hand embraced within Rick's as soon as she was able. Looking around the Commons and memories of last year's Summer Festival came rushing back.
"I'm surprised Neil's not carrying a football again," she joked to Rick as she adjusted the lei to match her stunning new dress, one she'd ordered specifically for the festival and definetely one of the perks of the job. "Good God, my eyes are burning from all these shirts. Should have brought my shades."

A door within the hollow commons opens and Katrin steps out into the throne room closely followed by Harvey and Bert. Seems the Winter Queen and her security had arrived earlier that day. Katrin is wearing a white dress with red flowers on it, a large red rose is tucked just inside the matching black belt.
They group head over to Mrs Rosemary to receive their leis before moving over to the bar.

Marcus' shining eyes follow the Fairest in the red dress as she walks past him and orders a Pina Colada.
Wow.
Finding his mouth suddenly dry, the Summer Courtier takes a sip of his outlandish drink.

Simon Oita accepts the leis with a small smile as he enters the Commons area for the festival. Looking around the Hawaiian-decorated area he takes in the decor as well as the faces who had already arrived. Looking to the buffet his stomach growled, causing him to realize just how hungry he was.
As he makes his way to the table with the food he wonders how Rust planned to display his painting.
