(1106) Eternal Spring

Tally takes after the Prince of Joy out of habit then it being a conscious decision, after all, she's use to chasing after those that run from her. Huh, a thief. Guess it's not that surprising that other Changelings find it easier to steal then to come across things honestly. The canine Hunterheart muses, after all, her 'wealth' began when she stole that winning lotto ticket from that drunkard.

Arriving by a chair, Tally pulls it out and sits down. "I take it that you're of the Spring Court? With the title Prince of Joy, it seems to be one from the... Emerald Court?" Tally asks, wondering if she got the other name of the court correct, not that she's had much exposure to the court systems.

Al-Adin shrugs, and then pulls out a big smile. Food is disappearing down his throat at a rapid pace, yet the grin never leaves his face. "Yeah, I'm from Spring. I'm the prince, and Alice." He points out Queen Alice "Is the Queen. I just go by the seasons. I never could work out the other names. So are you in a court?" He didn't see the mantle but maybe it was something small, like food tasting better. You couldn't tell with Mrs. Rosemary's cooking of course, because that already tasted awesome.

Terri nodded, agreeing with Mrs. Rosemary. She didn't speak, not feeling she had to.

Looking around, and she noticed that Alice had made her arrival and thought it prudent to say hi.

"Excuse me, Mrs. Rosemary, I just need to have a word with Queen White. Thanks for the lovely food, always a delight." With a smile and quick hug to the Ogress, Terri moves away.

'Sure, go ahead, I might try a sandwich.' Wyatt was not yet at the stage he could return a wink, but a friendly nod was easy to give.

Juno had been making her way over to the bar when she was intercepted by the good Doctor. Her tail curled to one side in the manner of a curious Feline, then, "I'm doing well, just hoping to get a Purple Rain. And you sir?"

And....the Manticoress was smiling.

The Manticoress smiled, then, "I'm glad to see that there's been a good turnout; there are a lot of new faces present." Inwardly she could nearly taste the Purple Rain she desired...and while she was trying to keep a bit of discretion going in terms of her alcohol intake, she figured that it would not hurt anything to enjoy a couple of social drinks.

If Juno's in the mood for a social drink or two... or twelve... she could certainly do worse than hang out with Jack. The Wizened's eyes are already scanning the room in search of Ensorcelled Sam.

"Yeah, there are. We should probably mingle and try to get to know some of them better, huh? Hey, that gives me an idea..."

Jack gives Juno a rather sly look.

"Are the betting sort? How do you feel about a little friendly wager?"

The Spring Armiger favors his Season's Sage Escort with a devilish grin and a slight twinkle in his eye.

"A bet then? What sort of bet? And the stakes?"

The Manticoress blinked slowly in the time honored tradition of Felines. Her curiosity had been aroused now, if the curling upwards tail was of any indication.

The doors open once more to the Hollow Commons, Mr Bates enters with a woman. He approaches the Spring Queen and remains a repectable distance away, waiting to be acknowledged by Alice.
