As he gives both ladies a little wave, the good doctor purposely drops his strengthened Mask, allowing his true appearance to show to anyone that can see it. His hair is suddenly matted with dirt and grime, his clothing is torn and bloodstained, and his hands... well, his hands are the most disturbing of all. The blood that covers them leaves a splatter on the floor as he waves at the two lovers.

Sandy falls back at Jack's gruesome appearance, silently at first before she screams. A second later and Janey is on her feet, screaming also.
However, a second can be a long-ass time in some places...

Just before she also joins Sandy in screaming, Jack and Otto notice a slight widening of her eyes, almost as if a recognition of somekind. In that split second, Katie witnessed a peculiarity and isn't happy.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU!" Sandy shouts at Dr. Jack, still backing away and looking even paler. Janey is looking between her girland the four Lost, one of whom is in all his glory. Next door, the dog starts barking from the sudden noise.
"Whoa? Whats wrong? What are you talking about?" Otto raised is arm in mock alarm.
"Okay thats weird. The Janey skirt is on the take somehow...* Otto thought.

A sudden whiff of roses builds in the lounge followed by burning flowers.
"She's hidding something," Katie says, deadly serious.
And she's not looking at Sandy. She's looking at Janey, who has taken a step back as if slapped in the face as her hands hang by her side. A glint of something metallic and filament thin stretches between each one.
"Well hell..." Otto thought. Deciding he might as well go all in, Otto drops his re-enforce mask. The hipster clad man turns into a hipster clad were-otter for those who can see through the Mask normally.
"Screaming is only going to exacerbate the situation. Lets all take a breath and have a nice quiet rational conversation." Otto says as he circles toward the kitchen to cut that way as a possible means of escape.
