Wedding Talk & Fighting Fit

[Terri Nutkins]

"Sticks?" Terri asked, a little concerned. "Got to admit, I've never held a weapon like that either. Looks like you've got your work cut out, I'm afraid."

"And Rick's still marrying you?" Neil deadpanned.

Then again, didn't he have some weird arboreal fetish?

Terri stuck her tongue out at the Fairest. It seemed somewhat appropriate.

However, she did quickly put it back; she knew just how quick Nightfall could move.

[Nightfall]

"What about you?" Neil asked, turning to Alice.

"I could teach you something else but eskrima is very good for, hmmmm, defensive fighting."

Sometimes when he looked at Alice, it was hard to reconcile the beautiful, shy girl he knew with the gun-toting Spring Queen who threatened people with hot lead.

Alice couldn't help but chuckle again at the banter between Terri and Neil. She found that it was really nice that they could get along so well. The thought of taking some of his classes hadn't really occured to her before, but the more she thought about it the more she thought it might be a way to understand him a little more.

"Sure, it could be fun," Alice said finally.

[Terri Nutkins]

"Excellent!" Terri exclaimed, draining her wine. "When do we start?"

Eager beaver catches the early worm....or something like that.

[Nightfall]

"Whenever," Neil shrugged.

With everything that had been going on, part of him was a bit relieved at the thought; of knowing they would be able to handle themselves.

"We'll just have to fit it between dancing lessons," he added with a grin.

"I'm thinking Cuban Tango for the wedding!"

"Sounds interesting, I best leave you two to practice," Terri jokes, standing to leave. She gives them both a friendly hug. "Take care, guys, and think about the park. It really is beautiful."

Neil returns the farewells, and goes to put them on the schedule.
