Tur, ground both neutral and sacrosanct by werewolves everywhere. And one could be found almost anywhere the Uratha were able to boast a significant population. And the avenues to reach it were often marked. It was rarely too difficult for new arrivals to find them. Sacramento was no different, and the local packs knew that they could often meet the newcomers here. It was always interesting to see who'd show up.

Same general rules as last time. One representative for each Pack, and try to stay focused on recruiting and such as opposed to discussing the plot and such.

Matt both saw and heard the motorcycle as he approached the Tur at a jog, which was pretty much how he got most places since he'd begun this whole fitness kick a couple of months back. Tonight he'd decided to jog to the Tur when Alison asked him to head over and check out new wolfs in town, it would be a good run and that was something he certainly needed after one hell of a new years celebration on the Sac State campus. Besides C.J. and Emily had sent him an awesome pair of actually made in America cross trainers for Christmas and he needed to break them in.

As he ran, his head bobbed in motion with the song playing on his iPod, It's the eye of the tiger, it's the trill of the fight, rising up to challenge of our rival ... he's mouthing the words as he enters the actual Tur, and even throwing a few pretend punches at a pretend doped up Soviet Superman, yeah they were from different movies but what the hell right. Stopping when he arrives in the middle of the Tur he slows down his breathing and engages in some cool down exercises before turning to the People present in the area. He's wearing a pair of black athletic workout pants and a red pull over sweater with "Cornell University" in large white letters on the front of it. He removes the ear pieces of the iPod and for a couple of seconds before he turns it off the unmistakable sound of Journey's Separate Ways fills the air.

"Evening People." He says to the gathered crowd .... aka the two new predators in the Tur.

Durant's use of Know Name reveals that the young man in front of them is named Matthew Kelly. Of course Matt introduces himself about two seconds after the gift is used. "Matt Kelly, Elodoth of the Farsil Luhal and the Heart of Granite Pack. Welcome to Sacramento." He realizes that he knows the woman, she arrived in the city just after he did and was there during Jordan's first change. "Hey Dusk, how have you been? I haven't seen you since that night when Jordan had his first change."
