~~NARRATION~~
Body at Fairytale Town- Vic was found by a mother with two children ages 5 and 7. Vic was descovered at aporximately 6 AM.
An unidentified white female, approximately 5'6 with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Body was in a severely tortured state, coroner believes the body was disected while still alive. Body was bloodless and nakid.
30ft area around the body was completely devoid of trash or any other paraphinalia one might find on the ground at a park.
Male size 10 footprints were found at the dump site.
Woman's ring, size 7 was discovered fifty feet from the dump site.
Body at Mckinley Park- Vic was discovered by a jogger, male, aproximately 35 years fo age. Vic was found at aproximately 5:30 AM.
An unidentified white female, apporximately 5'7 with light brown hair and blue eyes.
Body was in a severely tortured state, coroner believes the body was disected while still alive. Body was bloodless and nakid.
30ft area around the body was completely devoid of trash or any other paraphinalia one might find on the ground at a park.
Male size 10 footprints were found at the dump site.
Body at Southside Park- Vic was discovered by female walking her dog. 24 years of age, she found the vic at aporximately 7:30 AM
An unidentified white female, approximatly 5'7 brown hair and blue eyes.
Body was in a severely tortured state, coroner believes the body was disected while still alive. Body was bloodless and nakid.
30ft area around the body was completely devoid of trash or any other paraphinalia one might find on the ground at a park.
Male size 10 footprints were found at the dump site.
Woman's watch was found fifty feet from the dump site.

"Nope, my iguana. Dogs are so predictable. They're noisey, they smell, and they don't get along with me very well. Henry is cleaner and has more personality."
She watched the screen as a blurry form came into view carrying a large duffle bag.
"Whoa! Stop it there!"
As Joe hits the play button, the two detectives watch as a blurry form enters the park. The figure lays the duffle bag down on the ground and opens it. Then the blurry form carefully pulls something out of the bag and lays it on the ground with a motion of near reverence.
The figure walks around the body, bending over periodicly as if picking something up of the ground. After twenty minutes, the figure finally walks over to the merry-go-round and bends over again. Then, the figure walks back over to the large form on the ground, picks up the duffle bag (now empty) and leaves the park.
Venessa turned and looked at Joe. "Near the merry-go-round is where I found the necklace."

*Joe sighs.*
"Its the reverance that really makes things bad. I mean sure he's depositing the jewelry for some reason or another. But its the reverance he shows for the woman. Either he's just the body deliver man, in which case we've got an organization of at least 2 possibly more, or he's the killer and doesn't understand that what he does is wrong. The trash cleanup cements the reverence theory as well."
Joe rewinds and watches the tape again.
"Stupid lady and her stupid camera, the picture is blurry as hell. Can't tell a thing." *Joe sighs* "So it looks like we've got an utter sociopath who has some reason to ritually torture these women and then place their body with revererance at some place, while leaving behind some jewelry..."
"I know it will be hard, but i'm going to call the ME up and see if any of the Vics had watch tan lines, ring tan lines, or a necklace tan line. See if we can't match jewelry to vic." *Joe looks at his watch.* "Son of a bitch its 3 am. Sorry to have kept you so long vanessa. I'm going to write this all up for Carson in the morning and then go home and make some pancakes. Go take care of your igunana."

Venessa shrugs. "It's ok, I can help you write all this up if you need. Henry's already past the point of ticked but, he'll live. We're actually getting somewhere here."
As she spoke, she took the remote from Joe and watched the scene again.

As Joe watches the scene on the television again, both he and Venessa notice there is something very wrong with the video.
The figure they are watching move across the screen is so blurry they can't even make out what sex it might be, nevermind facial features. But the rest of the video is crystal clear. It is crisp enough that if they look close enough, they can see the man picking up scraps of trash and even almost make out the necklace he drops at the merry-go-round.
