Hi, I'm 'Ich. Been playing Vampire since its release way back when.
Been playing play by post for over 2 years. I love it. I live in China so it's the best option for me. I like chat sessions, but I'll have to see how the schedules work out.
One question: Where/To whom do I submit my character(s) for approval?

Hello 'Ich!! Welcome to the boards. Who you submit your character sheets to depends on which game you are interested in. For Vampire The Requiem, pm or e-mail Dredloke. For Changeling the Lost, submit them to me. For Second Sight, you can send those to Lady Frost. I'll take them too, but she would probably be your best bet as far as getting them approved quickly.

Thanks for the quick response. 
I'm in Shenzhen, which is right across the boarder from Hong Kong.
I've been here 7 years. I teach English at a college and live on campus with my wife and son.
I'm at GMT +8, which is 15 or 16 hours ahead of Sacramento time, depending on Daylight Savings.
I start the new semester's classes next week, so I should have a better idea of my schedule soon.

It's wonderful to have you Ich! We are not actually in Sacramento, we're in Florida. We chose the city because Chaos Angel grew up near the Sacramento area and she knows it pretty well.
