 Prince Freddrick has ruled Sacramento since 1994. He claims to be Unbound and refuses to swear alliegence with any covenant. He is rumored to stay within the confines of his domain, leaving his Seneschaul Alder Lord Kisten Maze to deal with other matters of the city. Most kindred who have lived in Sacramento for more then a few years understand to stay away from the Princes domain unless explicitly invited.
