 Mortal Character Creation Rules

Mortals may take up to 120 experience provided they have a background.
Restricted
-Any Second Sight merits or Thaumaturge merits above 3
-Attributes above 4
-Skills above 4
-Resources above 4
-Contacts and/or Allies above 3
-Fighting styles above 3
-Moraltiy below 4
As White Wolf feels the need to scatter their Merits in all of their books, we would request that you please list the book and page number you found the Merit. It would make it easier for us in case it is not a well-known Merit,
We currently do not have a Second Sight/Mortal character submission sheet, so please PM your Second Sight/Mortal Character to Lady Frost.

Excess Experience
There is no excess experience. If you create a character using any of the experience tiers and you do not use all of the available experience, that XP does NOT carry over. Once the character is approved and the player begins posting for that character, then any experience that was not used during character creation is gone.
It cannot be carried over and used later on to add to any experience given for the month.
So, please make sure you have useed the amount of experience you are either alloted or you wish to have on your character before it is submitted.
