O-Yama stepped away from the body and pulled his cellphone out of his pocket. Dailing the Sheriff's number, he waits for her to pick up. Whether the Sheriff answers or he gets the machine, he says...
"Milady, this is O-Yama, we've had another "V-Plant" incident." He looks around and gets the streetnames. "We're at the corner of _______ and _______"

Ishani answers the phone, listening to O-Yama speak.
"What the fuck are you standing there talking to me for? Burn the damn thing before it spreads!"
She hangs up the phone and gets in her car. Maybe she can get some more clues from O-Yama and finally catch these bastards.
