 A Day With the Government

Felix looked at the name written down one last time, before he got to work. He knew one of those nasty visions wouldn't come when he really wanted them to, at least, not a useful one. He drove down to the government buildings, and decided it was time for a little digging.
He stepped out of his car, and headed in, hoping he had plenty of time. He shuddered at the cool wind, and then glanced around quickly, looking for the records office.
