The mage attacks the delicate thread that ties the soul to it's corporal anchor, the body. Such an attempt to prematurely sever a lifeline is considered Vulgar, as well as subject to additional resistance by Unfettered Fate.

Action: Instant; subtract target’s Resolve
Duration: Lasting
Aspect: Vulgar
Cost: None
Successes inflict bashing damage on a one-for-one basis.

Dice Pool: Resolve + Occult + Fate – Resolve
