Rahyna has decided it is now time to send Jackson out to the utilites department and ask for permission to start her preperations for the upcoming Friday the 13th party.
Jackson pulled up to the building and went up to the door to speak with whomever is there.
Once the door is open he would say the following:
Primogen Harpy Rahyna would like to Host the upcoming March 13th Gathering and is requesting permission to start with preperations.

He is Met by Mr. Caller who listens to the request. Nodding he pulls out his planner and looks back at him, his face impassive as he responds.
I have no records of anything being slated so I will put you in as the first. Where is this to be Held? Will the Prince need to make special arrangements to make his apperance or are all welcome? These need not be answered now but will need to be answered before the date.

Jackson pauses a moment to make sure there is nothing else to be added by the gentleman standing in front of him before turning back towards his car to leave.
