So far I've witnessed very little in the way of leadership skills. A big disappointment for someone with the title of Seneschal. I understand the kine hold night classes for such things.

Can I just say, I'm positively giddy to meet a Prince who would choose such a Seneschal so seemingly lacking in the basics of leadership. She couldn't lead his domain out of a paper bag. But... Ciao Bella! I can tell you esattamente WHY he chose her as his right hand man. So to speak...

She is in a position of great power and that deserves respect in my book as she is of the princes choosing and his decisions are to be held in the highest regard no matter how inane they may seem.

I did loose a little respect for someone who is suppose to be second in command but will drop everything and come to someone who at the time was not acknowledged withing the city for a meeting that she herself requested.

Twsit is intelligent, good with people, patient, and a damn good fighter. There is nothing to disrespect here. Although she may not have been prepared to take the position Prince Freddrick threw at her, she has held herself with poise and grace ever since. Besides, leadership is a skill that comes with experience, and Twist is a very fast learner.

I have nothing bad to say about the woman. She is probably the most stable Daeva in this city and I think she brings many good qualities to our society. We are extremely lucky to be able to call her Seneschal. I feel much safer with her in that position then I ever did with Kisten.
