Nice, but Contracts are traditionally activated by Skill or Attribute + Wyrd for standard contracts and Skill + Attribute + Correct Mantle for seasonal contracts.
And the contract seems more in line for the Autumn Court than the Winter Court, but since there isn't any restriction on learning contracts it's all good.

The contract was intentionally left open, while its mainly used by the Winter and Moon, it can be learned by anyone. It's not restricted by Mantle or Court Goodwill.
