Nicolo hails from the Motherland (Italy) and was embraced in his 21st year, appearing not much older than that (though looks can be deceiving). He’s morbidly pale, heroine thin and often asked by kine if he is feeling well. Nicolo stands 5’11” and has short, ink-black hair – barely long enough for a partner to grab during the throws of passion. With not a spare inch of flesh or muscle on his frame, his bones slightly protrude, his cheekbones flare prominently, and the space underneath hollows most dramatically. His eyes are coal, liquid, bottomless pools that suck your soul down to their depths. A predator’s gaze, no doubt; once you’ve been dragged under, there is little hope you’ll survive. A Ventrue down to his socks, he finds few occasions not to be dressed to the 9’s, preferring expensive, Italian, designer suits and runway fashions. Besides the clothes, his one, big material sin is his Ferrari 430, which he had shipped to the Americas when he first came over, and obsesses over in an unnatural way.
In Italy, he was a highly-regarded member of the Roman Covenant of the Lancea Santum where he held the titles of Priest and Inquisitor. While he's very comfortable delivering Mass, sharing the Body and Blood of Christ and hearing the confessions of true penitents, he is probably more at home hunting down heresy, treason and disobedience within the Covenant and punishing it accordingly. He considers that work blessed by God.
Nicolo is quiet and contemplative as he navigates political mind fields and gages the games being played around him. But he’s anything but shy. He’s a ruthless, sadistic predator, stopping at nothing when he sets his sights on a goal. Considered a loaner by most, he’s certainly missing love and relationships in his life, because it’s doubtful he could ever trust anyone enough to let them get that close to his inner sanctum. Most likely he’ll let them get to a certain point and do away with them, like a game of “Cat and Mouse Intimacy”. Guilt and remorse rule his life with an iron fist and he’s constantly atoning for his transgressions.
