How is that cheating?
Any Ability can be re-invoked if if it doesn't have an Interval limit and you can pay the cost (if any).
He also got a success the first time, so didn't have to take the successive attempt penalty.
Not sure why y'all are calling that cheating or ST perogative.

Vampires have some fun ones like that too. Ask my sunday night ST how many times I've snackered him silly from repeated use of Spirit's Touch until I got an exceptional success.
