Kai looked at the body he had found. "why did they always have to be so goddamned bloody?" he thought to himself. He had been tracking this particular vampire for a while, and his methods were getting more brazen, and more careless. He would have him soon. This was the kind of rampage you expected to see from a wild cat, or some rabid animal. Not someone who used to be human.
It had taken weeks, but he found him. Numbers of all places. How very original. Kai had to admit though, this guy had done a pretty good job at disguising himself as a pathtic emo kid, luring some of his victims in to a false sense of superiority. Kai also knew that this kid knew someone was on to him, just not who yet, but he would find out shortly.
Kai watched as he picked out another victim. This time it was a 16 or 17 year old girl. None of the victims Kai knew about had been this young. Usually they were at least old enough to drink. Maybe he didn't know, more likely, he didn't care.
Kai followed far behind while they walked to what he assumed would be her car. It didn't matter whose car it was, they certainly wouldn't be leaving together in it. He continued watching from a distance as the guy proceeded to knock the girl out and begin to feed. He watched him become more savage.
Kai ran up as quickly as he could and kicked the vampire with a reeling force that send him tumbling. He looked up and smiled at Kai.
"So its you. And just what do you intend to do with me now that you've found me?"
Kai didnt even answer. He showed him exactly what he intended to do, and the punches didnt stop for nearly a minute and a half.
