 THE ALL IMPORTANT QUESTION: XP HOW and WHEN?

The biggest part of any game is ADVANCEMENT. How do you get bigger badder and better. In our little corner of the NWoD we do it this way....
EXAMPLE:
Name: Some Wicked Monster
Venue:
Virtue:
Vice:
Clan/Seeming/Auspice/Etc.
Covenant/Court/Tribe/Etc.
(Brief discription of what you worked at doing for the month)
Monster tried to eat as many Kittens as he could. He was able to eat 28 almost one a day.
(Did your Character follow his Virtue)
(Did you indulge your Vice)
(What did your Character Learn this month)
Eating Kittens can cause scratches on your Esophagus if not chewed up all the way.
(What Goals did your character reach this month)
I was able to eat my Land Ladies Kitten so I did not have to pay my rent becuase she was so upset
(What Set back happened to you this month)
The Sheriffs Kitten got eaten and I got the blame, even though I did not do it.
(What goals do you want to attempt to accomplish next month)
I look forward to eating the Sherriffs new Kitten and moving up to cats soon
(Do you have any flaws that you felt came into play and hindered you?)

Exp. reports are due in the last 7 days of each month and will be awarded by the 3rd of the next month. I.E. Turned in on Sept. 30th, will have XP award no later then Oct. 3.

Muir Sept/Oct Experience Submission
Name: John Muir, Kogaion Muir
Venue: Requiem
Virtue: Fortitude
Vice: Pride
Clan: Gangrel
Bloodline: Vedma
Covenant: Ordo Dracul
Brief description of what Muir did for the month:
After arising from several decades of Torpor and suffering from the Fog of Ages, Muir went on to maintain his position of Kogaion within the Ordo Dracul. He worked through his own cryptic map to locate a node previously held by the Brood. He met the Ordo of Sacramento and led a group of Dragons to the node and found it was, in fact, defended by 6 of the Brood. Muir was able to put one down in the fight. The Dragons destroyed all the Broodmembers that night.
He has also arranged to study a Coil from Veritas.
Did your Character follow his Virtue?
Yes. He worked hard to fulfil his duties in spite of his Foggy mind. Namely working hard to decypher his map and to lead others to the node.
Did he indulge his Vice?
No. Though I could argue his Pride is why he was able to fulfil his Fortitude. Actually, he fights his Vice and tries to be humble. Though you could argue that's just his tricky-witchy way!
What did your Character Learn this month?
A lot he learned and a lot he eventually recalled. They can be dificult to distinguish sometimes. Beyond the obvious wow factor of learning he was the Kogiaon, the most important things he learned were that the Brood is still active in Sacramento, they're contesting the node and have a mole in the OD.
Many other minor things of course, he learned at least the Dragons he fought with could be trusted. He wonders about Shadow... if she were a spy, getting staked is a way to keep that secret and aven to gain trust in the event of a Brood loss. However, they were also using stakes against others, so that is not a strong theory.
He learned a little about the political changes that have occured during his Torpor.
What Goals did your character reach this month?
Decypher his map. Address the Sworn.
What set back happened to you this month?
The Brood at the node set them back and will probably do so more in the future.
What goals do you want to attempt to accomplish next month?
Find the mole. Cleanse the node. Clear the Brood from Sac. Of lower priority, he'd like to get an updated sensus of all the Sacramento Kindred including as much information about their habits and relationships as possible.
Obtain an apprentice.
Does he have any flaws that you felt came into play and hindered him?
His humble act may have put doubts of his abilities into some Dragon's minds.
His clan weakness made deciphering his map a real chore and will likely have an effect on the cleansing ritual(s) at the node.
