Welcome to Twilight Valley. Yes we do have an active storyteller for changeling. Unfortunately, most of the people who have joined the site recently have had interests in Mage or Mortal.
If you are interested in Changeling and you would like to discuss your concept, or have a character you would like to submit, you can PM it to me as well and I can get you approved and rolling.

Depending on how things go with the Mage game I am either going to make a Changeling or a mortal as well. I've been moving though recently so I dont have my Changeling books with me or unpacked yet. So we'll see what I can manage after the holiday
