 the hotel search ( at the Doubletree Hotel)

Charles went home and looked for another hotel he was also planing to head to the Avalon later that night if things did not work out. He found another that was just as good the Doubletree Hotel.
He arrived and walked in and rang the bell on the desk.

"well eight can work. how long will it take to clean the room up and have the things my party requires two, three hours?" Charles says with some excitement but to much we don't want to sound desperate.

Charles begins to fill out the paper work
"I don't think I will do anything to him yet I still need him for this party then maybe just maybe..." Charles thinks to himself
on the paper work he writes
1. a long table that will seat 11 poeple with two chairs at each end. I personally will put down cards with names on them to tell who in my party should sit at.
2. decorations on that table the theme of the table will be red, red roses on the table please as well.
3. musicians waiting to be called when and if I (Charles Black) request until that time they will stay out of the room.
4. a waiter/waitress to take orders for drinks he will stay out of the room unless I (Charles Black) call him or her.
5. Finally and most importantly COMPLETE AND UTTER PRIVACY no one is to enter the room unless I (Charles Black) allow them to enter or it is an absolute emergence.
apon completing this Charles gives the paper work back to the man
he says to the man " if I need to make an changes to this I can change them yes?"

"very well, that seems better but other than that the rules are the same with the exception of the musicians, I am not going to try to fit them into the room *chuckles*. food won't be necessary most of us will eat diner before we come here, and eleven you mean at day or at night because I would like it at night. oh and the number I will give you one but I won't be at home most of the day I work a lot and the firm does not like people calling for things that are not business related trying to cut down costs with this economy and all. the only really good time to call me is at night."

"most of us work on weekends and can't find time to do anything during the day. night is the best time for us. How long are boardrooms open?" says this with a little annoyance he does not like how this human is asking him all these things it is getting to deep.
