Char pulls up and parks her Jag at the corner of 16th and D.
She gets out and stretches her legs.
I'm not sure who this Ms. Scotts is, but hopefully she might be able to help me.

A black hummer pulls up. Mrs. Scotts leans out of the car and spots the woman. She opens the door to let the woman in. Before she can speak, Scotts cuts her off:
Scotts:
"I'm about to go hunt down the people that killed Hierophant Emma. He has already agreed to help. (she indicates the man sitting in the front passenger). If you want to help great, if not, my driver will take care of you. Now, what did you want?" She is calm while saying this, and is adjusting a shoulder draw for a Desert Eagle.
Char:
As soon as the lady pulled up she was a little taken aback by her urgency. However, as soon as she heard the name Emma, she knew that she had to go with this Ms. Scotts. She needed to find out anything she could about the loss of a Crone member. This is the information that the Ambassador was looking for back in Italy.
She jumped in the car.
"Hi, I'm new to the city and am currently looking for other Mekhets so that I can get myself recognized in the city. However, I am also a member of the Circle and would love to accompany you . Covenant buisness comes first."
Scotts:
"Of course. If you need a firearm, I have all types."
They get Char the gun she needs, and head off to join the others.
