I'm not sure where I read it, but it is possible for Changelings to evolve into different kiths, or to gain a second kith (via the merit) over time. Also, the various orders can cause changes to the kith and seeming and even mantle.

Vamps can change thier Covenant not thier blood...
I thought werewolves could only change thier Tribe not Auspice
As to Promies, I thought I understood they can pick which element to change, but the way they were created is well just that....
The others are all Geek to me

Changelings can change Entitlements... so I guess Forsaken and Lost are the only ones that can?

well i think the difference is that Mages, Kindred, and Proms activate something they are for their 'Specials', whereas Forsaken and Lost join a group for theirs.
Can't change:
Kindred - in the Blood
Mages - shape their Soul
Created - prepare for Mortality
Can change:
Forsaken - join a Lodge
Lost - join an Order
