A handwritten letter arrives at Davis' establishment for him.

It is sealed with wax, and the seal design is an all seeing eye over a bullet.

"Most respectful Alder Lord Soldier of the First Estate, Priscus of the the Honorable Clan Gangrel, and the Prince's Hound,
I would like to ask you for help. I am in need of a bodyguard. Perhaps you know of a vampire who is in need of funding? Thank you for your time.
