Propetier: Edna Fritz, a Wizened Chatelaine. A large Victorian mansion, her house is always impeccably clean. Food and drinks are provided at appointed times. Each room comes equipped with a small refrigerator to keep snacks and drinks in. Edna herself is a small, quiet woman who's presence is rarely seen, but always felt. Her home is open to all changelings.
Fee: Edna charges by the month or by the week. Weekly rates are $200, monthly rates are $500. This pays for food she serves as well as water, electricity and basic cable. If you would like your own private phone line or internet, speak with Edna to arrange it.
Description/ambiance: Built at the height of the Victorian era, the house features beautiful crown molding and boasts fireplaces in most of the 15 rooms. The living/common areas are very spacious. The house is very warm and inviting.
