Holly smiled. "Yeah. I was out walking around tonight, keeping an eye out for anyone new when I got this overwhelming feeling. It made me sick, almost. It was like someone or something super powerful was around me, and I was basically incapacitated. I couldn't do anything. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from, or what was causing it, or anything. Then, after it passed, I saw Davis and he said I needed to contact you, and to be careful. I guess he decided I could be of use to this investigation. I mean, did the plant cause that feeling?"

It's most likely the case, seeing as no one seems to know anything about the plants except me and that Paresh guy. I mean...I know a thing or three about growing plants and mandragora, and drying plants to use in perfumes and oils, but otherwise...
...I'm not sure if anyone else is following up on this.
Then my phone rings, and I raise an eyebrow at yet another number I don't recognize. "Yo."
I grin then. "Hey, Jason. I'm Jason. Everyone who's not of Society tends to call me "Jace". Who told you to call me?"
Because you could never be too careful, as Justin has told me time and again.

"Cool. We're...." I look up at the address I'm standing in front of. "At (insert address). I hope you have a lead, bruvra, because all I got is a few plants and a basic idea as to where they've come from."
Because I'm clueless, and Bells and Nicolo have gone off to take care of...something else, I think. I'm thinking Holly is on this as well, so this is what we'll stay on.
Because that's what Davis has put me on.
Best to stay focused.

As much as we hate fire? It might be the only way.
