he is often wearing a black trench coat and a black hoody underneath to conceal his face. but those who do get a chance to see his face is looks like he is Italian and has black hair and a little bit of a five o clock shadow. when he speaks he speaks with a some what low voice and very so often you can hear a hint of a Italian ascent.
