Penning the announcement he had them delivered to all the Elysium's and also sent to the Head of each Clan and Covenant so that the word could get spread as fast as was needed
The Honorable Prince Freddrick has called a city wide court to be held on the 1st of November. This will be where those new to the city can be seen by all, ask the Prince for rights, and possibley even garner positions within the city at this time. This will also be the time we will find out the situation of the City. If you do not make this meeting you will be found, escorted to the edge of the city and asked to never return.
