Taylor was almost glad to see his old home being packed up and shipped out. It had been too many lonely nights since the hunters had attacked them.
He needed a change in scenery.
The school had thrown him a going away party. Shelia and Brenda had thrown him private parties. He might have missed them if they weren't getting married and he wanted no strings when he left.
Sacramento... California. Not his first pick but the pay was good and the school had hooked him up with a very good deal on a house. There also seemed to be very few of his kind there.
He could start fresh.
It had only cost him everything.
