 Prince's Harpy Karsh The Bloody

Harpy Karsh earned his name The Bloody in the conflict during the removal of Prince Straiphen, as he was responsable for nearly two thirds of the death toll.
As Harpy, it is his job to keep track of the Status among the Kindred as well as other political matters. He is also known as the Rampent Dragon among the Ordo Dracul and has garnered the respect due such a title.
Harpy Karsh is usually seen at the Grindhouse, as it is his theater. Due to the nature of the horror movies that are mainly shown there, Karsh does not feel the need to hide his true visage as most patrons think it is very good make-up.
