I just wanted to bring this up so that people remember where they are, and what they can see. In the case above, Kutya'i was several tables away from the incident, as well as there being people around the woman, concealing his view.
Just a reminder: Mage Sight can see an Active spell, but you do not know what the spell is, nor do you know which Arcana are being used unless you Scrutinize.
That being said, it is doubtful Kutya'i would have seen the spells cast, and impossible for him to know what those spells are.
Not trying to single you out, Benjamin, it was just a good example for something I've been wanting to remind everyone of.
