Nicolo can barely contain himself. "Bella, you apparently missed your calling. You should have been a motivational speaker. Or, perhaps a tour guide!" He laughs quietly and gets ready to duck, should she throw a punch, then turns to the lanky red head. "I'm Nicolo, by the way." and puts his hand out to shake hers.
"By the way, my little blood hound, what are you planning to do about the guy in the dumpster? Even I can smell him!" And Nicolo can't help it, he's laughing again...

Bella turns to Nicolo with a sweet smile and holds up a finger.
"First rule with me, Nicolo, you only get to have a nickname for me for two reasons. One? You've saved my ass. Two? We're fucking. I don't think either situation has come up yet. So, until one does, Bella will do nicely."
Then she turns and heads for the bum in the dumpster, pulling one of her guns. She does not trust this place worth anything. One kindred can dress themselves up like a bum just as good as another. And what better way to hide, then to be in plain sight?

Rahyna bends down next to the bum "So you want whiskey huh tell me if you have seen any body skulking around here that looked sort of out of place the past few nights."
Rahyna does a quick once over of the small alley way to see if anything jumps out at her to say hey I don't belong.

Nicolo's eyes narrow. "Incredibly classy talk for a woman of Longinus and God." He snears the words. "If you do not want me to make small talk, Inquisitora, I will not."
He unsheaths his gun after seeing Bella do so and stand next to her, waiting for her orders.

Bella turns to Nicolo. "Then be of Longinus, Inquisitor and get over the fact that we are supposed to sin. We are supposed to be monsters. If you are looking to uphold Catholic ideals, then go to the mortals church and beg their useless forgiveness."
She continues down to the dumpster and opens it. She looks at the man inside.
"Sorry to bother you, sir. Can you spare a moment?"

Rahyna sighs at the man and turns back to Erika "This man is useless in our search so lets keep looking." she quickly turns back to the man "Unless he heard something or saw something that he just doesn't want to let us know about..." or maybe he is one of the people we are looking for. she thought to herself but decided to keep that to herself.

Nicolo's eyes widened with disbelief. "Wait just a minute sir, I need a moment with this woman." He turns to her with the fury of his faith. "Are you fucking kidding me? You think you need to sin to be of our faith? Who fucking led you to the light? No, don't bother telling me, because I understand he's a fucking brilliant asshole – my Sire's told me once or twice – but you've got it all wrong!"
He moves close to her. Too close. "This has nothing to do with a Kine church. Our Dark Prophet doesn't want us to sin just for the sake of sinning. Why do you think we go to confession and ask for penance?" The bum was looking eagerly at them "Just a second sir, I'm almost finished."
"Bella, how can you be so far off in your faith? We are monsters only because it's God's wish we feed upon, well, now I'll have to do him in," he nods his head toward the bum and the man's eyes get big, "but that doesn't mean we have to be uncivilized and, crass. We're of the Lancea Sanctum faith. We have a divine purpose. And you are a lady. And that has nothing to do with the Catholic or any other Kine nonsense. Sorry, you just are."
He steps back and shrugs. He knows she's going to let him have it now, but he's ready. He's secure that God will lead him through, and maybe her too.

Bella looks at Nicolo like she has never seen him before. "Do you think that I do not know what my job entails, Nicolo? Do you think that I do not know what God's plan is? I know exactly what his plan is and I follow it, as best I know how. However, I am an Inquisitor. You may have the luxury of being a good little humane kindred, but I do not. My job is to make sure you do yours. I do what I can to follow God's plan when I can. But as you can see, I do not exactly get a whole lot of time to do that."
She steps back and looks at him shrewdly. "As for being a lady? Welcome to the 21st century, Nic. There aren't any Ladies anymore. Sorry you seem to think I need to be some prim and proper person in front of other people and a little slut behind closed doors, but I do not work that way. Because that is what a Lady is Nicolo. Nothing but a farce. Now, can we please deal with this crap first and have the faith pep talk later?"
What he had said had shaken her, badly. She had never had anyone tell her that her faith was twisted or wrong before. Just the idea that someone could think that of her hurt, a lot. It ached, like an old wound in her chest.
Trying to ignore it, she turns her attention back to the bum.
"We would like some information and we are willing to pay."

He looked at her with a completely quizzical look. What was all this 'willing to pay' stuff? The man had to die. He had heard too much – Nicolo's mistake, yes, but still a mistake that must be corrected according to their doctrines.
So he stood back to see how she would handle it. He would step in and finish it if that became necessary. But he would not deny her the chance to demonstrate her faith.

Nicolo had a thought. He pulled out his kit and removed a carapace, and concentrated on the man, summoning his sorcery to encourage the man to answer all Bella's questions truthfully.
But he couldn't work the source. He was too rattled from the exchange he'd had with her.
