 A Cold Reception (ATTN: TOMBS)

~NARRATION~
Tombs heard the voices get muffeled and when he opened his eyes he found he was sitting in a box on a cold steal table. And then he felt the cold. He was...OH SHIT....He was in a refridgerator....this was not good........

Tombs
When he woke up he was still a bit out of it, unclear of what happened at the club and how he ended up in a fridge. Tombs wanted to freak-out but tried to remain calm and be still, aware that he could alert those he heard talking outside of the box."WHAT A FANTASTIC FUCKIN NIGHT!" Tombs thought sarcastically taking a moment to recall what took place. He only had minor flashbacks of the night."Drinking shots... went to the stall... and lights-out". He hoped it would come back to him when he fully recovered. "I can pick up the pieces later.... I need to get the hell out of here" He put aside his concerns of what transpired and focused on his current situation.
While he tried to mend the significant damage to his brain and skull Tombs listened for voices outside the fridge or the lack of voices. He decided that when he no longer heard anyone or smell their blood, he would make an attempt to escape.
((Burned 3 vitae to heal most of the wounds))

He slowly crept out of the fridge. He looked over the room to see if everything was clear and the closest exit.

~NARRATION~
Tombs is nakid and can smell the death all around him he takes two steps and then is dropped to his knees as his head erupts in pain then he feels something burrowing out of his skull it pops out of his forehead above his left eye. Looking down he sees a Thorn about the size of a broad arrow head wriggeling around on the floor and then it stops.....

Tombs eyes went wide as he witnessed the thorn pop out of his head. He fumbled back and fell on his ass shocked at what occurred. He then dug at the hole with his left hand's pointer finger trying to feel for anything unusual.

Tombs feels nothing unusal. Except his minds eye of the nakid man sitting on the floor with his finger stuck in his head looking like an idiot stareing at the extremly dead thorn on the floor.
Nope nothing out of the ordinary here.....
Then he hears two voices getting louder talking about some race and something about Junior doing that intentionally....

Tombs quickly kicked the thorn under the nearest furnishing and glanced over the room looking for any exits as the voices draw nearer.

Only one door and no windows....about 9 coolers behind him and the drawer he came out of was still hanging open.
Come on he was a lap down and had no right in yanking back into the field like that how can you say its just racing.....
Dude he was pushed down and then not allowed back up the other guy was so at fault...
The other guy? You don't even know the drivers do you? How can you argue a point when you don't even follow it, what did you see it on sports center? Damn you suck...
they get to the door.....

The voices came closer and the door opened.......on a drawer next to the one Tombs lay in..... He heard them pull out the table, discuss something about the body and then the door closes and the voices walk away and Tombs thinks he can hear the sound of something rolling along with them.

Bella sits in the car and is silent all the way to the morgue. Dangerously silent. Fuming silent.
She hated those types of kindred. The ones who thought they were better then everyone else because they shook their ass at every male thing that moved and some that didn't. Useless, worthless. There was so much more to one's Requiem then a pathetic attempt to revive one's sex life.
When they finally reached the morgue. Bella gets out and looks for Asa. She wants this done and over with. She suddenly felt she had so many better things to do then put up with this unacknowledged street trash.

On the way over to the morgue, Nicolo reaches into his coat and pulls out a single white flower, which he hands to Bella in the passenger seat. "A fiore, for the most bella Bella." He gives her a goofy grin, which immediately turns guilty. "OK, OK, I nicked it in the yard at the apartments. I certainly can't lie to you. But it's beautiful, just like you. And don't worry, I checked it. It's not hungry."
He laughs at his little joke and turns in after Asa, parking the car next to him.

Looking at Elle with an arched eyebrow, he replied, "Forgive me, I'm not privy to the thoughts of the Primogen. Ah, and please, just Asa."
Asa greets Bella and Nicolo, and realizes that things may not be... funny... anymore. He motions towards the building. "So, this might be where that 'lying' bit comes in," he said with a slight smile. "Suggestions?"

Elle figures that Bella is getting sick of her, she nods to her, holding her tongue even though she would like to call her an uptight prude, and perhaps loosen her up with her many skills.
She also nods to Nicolo, managing to keep quiet and refrain from mocking him for driving the crappy car.
Madame Bella seems to believe that lying will get us in...If she has an excellent lie then by all means. I simply have being a threat and being rather dangerous, which, may not be the most tactful option.

Asa checked his phone again, before replying. "Not much more. Basically a John Doe was shot in the head at a biker bar called 'The Raven'. Apparently an officer Jody Brighton was also on scene, badge number 625."
Asa purses his lips in a worried look, wondering if Tombs had been in the process of breaking the ban on law enforcement officials. Perhaps it was coincidence.

But maybe we should have someone parked at the exit, ready to go? And someone distracting at the front desk? Depending on the layout of the building?" Nicolo was just guessing at a plan. It would be really helpful to have knowledge of the inside of the morgue and how it was set up.

Bella shakes her head, and almost laughs. Why did she not think of these things sooner?
"No, only one of us needs to go in. But I am going to need you guys to be waiting out back and ready to go when I come out with Tombs. I just need one car with enough room for the two of us. I'll let you guys figure out if that is Asa's or Elle's cause I doubt mine could beat either one. Nicolo, can you drive my car please? Everyone can meet back at the Grindhouse once I have him. Give me twenty minutes, and I'll be back with him."
She briskly begins to make a wide circle through the parking lot heading for the back of the building. As soon as she is out of sight of the others, she activates her Obfuscate and makes for the back door.

Will this start a debate as to whose car is fastest boys? Asa your's is probably the most practical, it has four seats correct? Elle smiles genuinely, loving cars above most things in her unlife.
One of us will be there Madame Bella.... she murmurs, agreeing with the men.
So? What should we do? This is the most interesting night I have had in years, I'd, happy to stay and help, even though it seems my services will not be required.

It was difficult not to laugh as he suggested to Elle she stare at the back of Bella's car for the entire trip, although the laughter did touch his eyes.
