 Mayor Christopher Shiff has held his office for the last eight years. Since his last election the crime and murder rate in Sacramento has risen to a record breaking high. Some say the Mayor himself is the mastermind behind it all. Others say he is simply a senile old man who needs to retire. Either way, they all agree that Mayor Shiff has not live up to their expectations.
