Charles Pulled up at the Museum of Aquatic Nuances and walked in side as he walked he admired some of the exhibits that were there until he reached Rahyna's office. he knocks on the door.

Jackson nods to Charles and goes to his office and reappears with an envelope there is no name or other markings on it; it is sealed with a wax seal of a deep crimson color. (See picture below of seal) and hands it to Charles. “I believe this is what you are looking for.”
Upon opening the envelope you will see the following list complete with phone numbers.
