 Prefect Gabriel Marcus has been a resident of Sacramento since before Straiphen’s tyrannical reign. Or so he says. He is also more then willing to take nearly all the credit for Straiphen’s downfall. Although, he is the figurehead for the Movement, he also holds a great deal of sway with the Sanctum and Dracul. While most would expect one of the Carthian Movement to enjoy an unbound ruler, it seems to irk the Prefect. He says the only reason Freddrick still holds his position is because the main power base of Sacramento allows it. He has been quoted as saying, “Once Freddrick screws up, he’ll be replaced. Just like Straiphen was.”
